Week 7 dinner menu

Monday - Spicy lamb pitta with cabbage salad
Tuesday - Variety of pancakes
Wednesday - Beef filo pie with roasted carrots
Thursday - Chilli con carne and brown rice
Friday - Southern fried quorn burgers with sweet potato wedges and coleslaw
Saturday - Seafood stew with crusty bread
Sunday - Roast chicken and all the trimmings
