Week 52 dinner menu


Monday - Japanese chicken curry and brown sticky rice
Tuesday - Buffet
Wednesday - Roast beef rump, roast potatoes, mash potatoes, roast parsnips and carrots, yorkshire puddings, savoy cabbage,peas and horseradish sauce.  Christmas pudding and brandy cream
Thursday - Ham in cola, mash potatoes, pickles and chutneys
Friday - Chilli beef with egg fried rice
Saturday - Ham, egg and chips
Sunday - Beef in ale parcels, roasted root vegetables and steamed carrots

Week 51 dinner menu

Monday - Chicken curry south indian style and brown rice
Tuesday - Prawn and pea risotto
Wednesday - Creole chicken, mini rosti and baked beans
Thursday - Freezer surprise
Friday - Baked camembert, crudite, garlic croutons,
Saturday - Rotisserie chicken, salad, baguette with garlic and herb cheese
Sunday - Chicken, bacon and tarragon pie, mash potato and peas

Week 50 dinner menu

Monday - Turkey and pancetta ballotine, roasted new potatoes in garlic and thyme, shredded brussel sprouts and port and cranberry sauce
Tuesday - Smokey beef cheek chilli con carne and brown rice
Wednesday - Chilli and horseradish mackerel and salad
Thursday - Chicken madras and brown rice
Friday - Prawn and pea risotto and salad
Saturday - Freezer surprise
Sunday - Slow cooker beef stew and dumplings

Monday - Bacon and leek macaroni cheese
Tuesday - More Bacon and leek macaroni cheese
Wednesday - Chicken kiev, croquettes and peas
Thursday - Chicken curry and brown rice
Friday - Beef burger, chips and baked beans
Saturday - Chilli dumpling ramen noodle soup
Sunday - Terrine of smoked and poached salmon, Ballotine of cheshire turkey, crispy pancetta, chestnuts, port and redcurrant gravy
